Digital Medicine: Based at the Clinical Translational Research and Innovation Centre at Altnagelvin Area Hospital, Northern Ireland, we specialize in building Digital Medicine technologies for diseases linked by inflammation, including Diabetes, Cardiovascular Diseases, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Mental Health and their complex interactions leading to Multimorbidity.
Medical Informatics (MI) & Artificial Intelligence (AI): By integrating MI and AI, we develop cutting-edge computational methods for Personalised Medicine. Our focus lies in biomarker discovery and patient stratification techniques, enhancing diagnosis, prognosis, and treatment effectiveness.
